Cancellation Policy
When you place an order; we process it with the utmost care. We plan for the product as soon as we confirm everything with you and try our best to deliver everything you’ve requested down to the last detail.
We realize events occur that may cause you to no longer need your order fulfilled. Cancellation is only possible within 24hrs after payment; otherwise not always possible. Because we secure this product with various growers all over Kenya to ensure it is delivered on time
Shipping Returns
Our produce are fresh and we do not accept returns
Should the product you have purchased is not what you ordered, damaged or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or re-supply fresh cut flowers.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a photographic evidence and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The staff member handling your request will advise on resupply for free or refund.
Refund
Approved disputes that are valid for a refund either full or partial are determined within 7-21 business days from the day the claim was lodged.
